Erinn is a Brooklyn based painter and sculptor. She received her BFA from University of Michigan and MFA from the New York Academy of Art.
As her subject, she uses ephemeral materials like wax and water to convey ideas of internal translucency and opacity. She often uses her multimedia sculptures or models as the premise for paintings.
Her work focuses on partially abstracted objects formed with corporal and landscape references. The concept for each piece is based on a specific experience, but the imagery is obscured to leave open to interpretation.
